Seatfiller Instructions 


Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seatfiller. I am sure that you will enjoy any shows that
you are selected to attend. The way that you can apply to attend a show is very simple.

Simply go to the shows web page, enter you e-mail address and off you go.

If you are selected to attend you will be notified by phone or e-mail. (At this
time you will be given specific instructions including (arrival times, directions, parking
, and any passes that may be required).

In the event you are unable to attend a show that you are confirmed for, you
must submit you withdrawal at least 48 hours prior to the show. If you don't do this, you may not
be eligible for future shows 

You should be aware of the following ground rules before you accept an offer to
attend a show. 

  • No compensation (other than a great time) is provided.
  • No transportation or accommodations are provided.
  • No autograph seeking or photography (don't bring your personal camera) is
    permitted.
  • No wandering into any restricted areas. (You will be shown where you need
    to be.)
  • No one arriving after the designated call time will be admitted (No
    exceptions).
  • A current resume, photograph and introduction letter (tell me why you want to
    be a Seatfiller) must be on file to attend any show.
  • You must adhere to the designated dress code. (You will be sent information
    on each show telling you what is acceptable.) 

The above rules are non-negotiable and absolutely no excuses will be excepted
for breaking any of them. I don't want you to be discouraged by the strictness of
the rules, but they insure that we can provide you the highest quality shows. If you
follow the rules you will have a great time. Thank you very much for writing and I
